This Refund Policy explains when Warranted Works, operated by Warranted Works LLC (“Warranted Works,” “we,” “us”), offers refunds. It applies to all purchases at warrantedworks.com and forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE

All templates, guides, downloads, and other digital products are delivered electronically, usually immediately after purchase. Because you receive the product right away, all sales are final and nonrefundable, except as described below or as required by law.

2. TECHNICAL-ERROR EXCEPTION

If a verified technical problem prevents you from downloading or opening a file, email support@warrantedworks.com within 7 days of purchase. We will send a replacement file or, if we cannot resolve it, issue a refund or credit for that item.

3. DUPLICATE OR ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES

If you were charged twice for the same item, or bought the wrong item and have not downloaded it, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

4. COURSES, WORKSHOPS, AND MEMBERSHIPS

If we offer a course, workshop, or membership, any refund window will be stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, live and recorded educational programs are nonrefundable once access is granted. For subscriptions, you may cancel future renewals at any time; we do not refund the current period unless required by law.

5. PAYMENT PLANS

Choosing a payment plan does not change this Policy. You remain responsible for the full purchase price. See the Payment section of our Terms of Use.

6. CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us if you have a payment problem so we can help. This does not limit your right to contact your bank or use any rights the law gives you.

7. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCEPTION

If you believe your situation falls within Section 2, 3, or 4 above, email support@warrantedworks.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We respond within 5 business days.
